	Elizabeth Hope Registered Dental Assistant "I love seeing the beautiful smiles created by our cosmetic transformations!" Elizabeth is Dr. Jim's faithful and talented, long-time assistant. They have worked together side-by-side for 31 years! She has a kind, gentle, and caring demeanor. Elizabeth is especially gifted when it comes to helping our patients feel at ease. She is married to Glenn and they have 3 grown sons, Kyle, Kurt, and Daniel. She especially enjoys spending time with all of her grandchildren.

	Amy Birtman Registered Dental Assistant This Louisiana native works side-by-side Dr. Jim. Amy's bubbly personality, warm smile and genuine kindness towards others make her a valued asset in our office. She will treat you like family! In her spare time, you can find Amy cooking spectacular Cajun dishes or spending time with her husband Skip and their three children at their many sporting and church events.

	Judy Thompson Patient and Schedule Coordinator "Welcoming patients and families to the office is the favorite part of my job." The friendly voice at the front desk is that of Judy Thompson. After several years in retail and customer relations, she joined our office in 1999. Most of our patients feel as if Judy is a member of their family. She knows each of our patients by name and every aspect of our office. Her fondness for everyone and dedication and hard work make her a valued asset to the practice. Judy enjoys cooking, and reading. She especially loves spending time with her husband David, her friends, family, and grandchildren.

	Lisa Owens Registered Dental Hygienist "My goal is to treat all of my patients as if they were a member of my own family." Lisa's passion for educating patients and interacting with them gives experience far beyond the ordinary. She has been in the dental field for 24 years and became a member of our office in 1999. Lisa is a dedicated, caring, and highly skilled member of our team who is always mindful of her patient's comfort. In her spare time she is very involved with her children's school activities. On the weekends you can find Lisa, her husband Brian, and their 3 kids at the lake or riding 4 wheelers.

	Rena Roquemore Registered Dental Hygienist "We offer only the best for our patient's dental health and I do not want it any other way." Rena has been delivering dental care for over 36 years in a compassionate and gentle manner. She became a valued member of our dental team in 2005. Rena is a very meticulous and extremely skilled hygienist who provides the highest quality of oral care to her patients. She always provides gentle treatment and continues to stay atop the latest advances and newest techniques in dentistry.

	Pat Kastrop Financial and Treatment Plan Coordinator Pat is the newest addition to our talented dental team. She brings an abundance of skill and knowledge to our practice. Her goal is to help our patients understand their treatment plan and the financial investment involved. She gives the term "multi-tasking" an entirely new definition as she takes care of all of our patient's financial needs and holds us all together. She enjoys fishing and spending time with her husband Ken in her spare time.
